About Johnny on the Spot
In 1998 Rachel, the owner and founder of Johnny on the Spot, made the bold decision to start her own business. She sold her VW bug and with $4200.00 in her pocket; purchased a pumper truck, 8 toilets and started Chico’s premier toilet company- Johnny on the Spot! JOTS, as all the cool kids call it, is a Chico founded, full service portable toilet company with a passion for providing exceptional service. From that first year, Johnny on the Spot has only continued to grow. Each year Rachel purchased more toilets and began expanding her service to include the areas surrounding Chico. Eventually the number of customers surpassed what Rachel could do on her own, so she started growing her team.
Over the years Johnny on the Spot has been proud to provide toilets to multiple community events, sports organizations, and construction projects. Johnny has also been involved in supplying toilets for local emergency services including fire relief efforts for the devastating Camp Fire in Paradise. Most recently, Johnny on the Spot expanded its fleet to include luxury restroom trailers in an effort to have services that fit the whole spectrum portable toilet needs.
The Johnny on the Spot story is far from over and we have the great people of Northern California to thank for that. As a locally owned and operated company- we will continue to serve our community with pride and strive to earn the customers that have been so loyal to us from the beginning.
